DC is bringing its superheroes stories up to speed to compete against Marvel in the movie theaters, but it's main players Batman and Superman are a bit of turmoil: Batman maybe has no director anymore, Superman's rights go to the creators families in 2013 and maybe a rushed out movie has to come out by 2011 to avoid some lawsuits.
